Please note: the guide does not cover every single selling style or scenario under the sun--that would be impossible! It details Joyce's style with an eye toward being applicable to many circumstances. I have just loved the shares Jessie Passon sends me once she's customized her WordSmith guides--so lovely (and I stalk her shares on other sites too!).
